Why are more and more foreigners come to China to work or travel?

As we see ,there are more and more foreigners coming to China ,they may travel around ,or some of them find jobs in China and stay for a long time in China.
What makes these happen?

How can poorly educated Americans compete with better educated Indians and Chinese who will work for less? And

won’t outsourcing even apply to the advanced jobs since American education is not keeping up to world standards?

When will China and India start outsourcing their work to America?
